Delete Account

This page explains how to delete your account and personal data from ATTUNE (apps: Attune and ATTUNE V2).

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time, directly in the app:

1. Open ATTUNE and go to the Profile tab.
2. Under Account, tap "Delete my account."
3. Type "delete" to confirm.
4. Tap "Permanently delete account."

Your account is deleted immediately and permanently — no waiting period and no recovery.

When you delete your account, we permanently remove all of your personal data, including:

• Your account and email address
• Your goals and focus areas
• Your reflection entries
• Your journal entries
• Your next steps and their history

All locally stored data on your device (such as your onboarding state and any saved drafts) is cleared at the same time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Your data is removed from our active systems (Supabase) immediately upon deletion. Any residual copies in routine encrypted backups are purged on our provider's standard backup cycle, within 30 days. We do not retain your reflection content after deletion.

If you're unable to sign in or use the in-app option, you can request deletion by email:

• Email d.anne@dstewartcoaching.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete my account."
• We will verify your request and delete your account and data within 30 days.
